Church Conference Presiding Elder Sign Up Page

Ordained Elders (including reitred elders), please use the form below to indicate your availablity to preside at church conferences this fall. Each elder (active or retired) is being asked to preside at two church conferences ( in addition to participating in the church conference of your church/charge).

Please indicate below the dates on which you are available. CAS Administrative Assistant Carol Wilson will confirm with you the dates you have selected and let you know at which church conferences you will preside. Your assistance in presiding at these sessions is greatly appreciated.

Please note: Presiding Elders should be present at the host church by 4:00 pm. The presiding elders will be introduced some time between 4:15 and 4:25 pm. The church conference sessions are scheduled to be underway by 4:30 pm.
